Perfect Dark Zero Preview

Content missing: publication date

Every gamer must admit Perfect Dark is one of the most well done FPS and game. I mean, It has it all; a dark and cool plot, almost-real characters, realistic graphics, and perfect sound. Oh, and don’t forget the infinite replay value of the game and multiplayer and the co-op modes. As you can see, the n64 version of this game was packed into a little cartridge by developer Rare and this game was perfect, so imagine what they could do with a system that has no limitations?

At this years E3, Ken Lobb announced this game is in development and it will surprise us all. Why is it called PD 0? Well, Gamecube will feature tons of prequel games such as “Metroid Prime” and “Resident Evil Zero”. Perfect Dark 0 is another prequel game. It will probably have somebody different than Joanna Dark because the Game Boy Color version has Joanna when she is training.

What I have always looked forward to was being in my house when I was sick, or there was bad weather outside, and I come in, go to my room, turn on Perfect Dark, go online with my Gamecube, find my friends and play them! This game is the perfect online game. There are big levels in the N64 version (and hopefully even bigger in this one) and it’s fun to go an explore and team up with your friend to go one-on-one with the intelligent computer simulations and have the bloodiest battle ever! As you can see, I like this game a lot and I am into Science Fiction, which is what this game is all about. What is the N64 Version actually about? Well..

It all started when a company called DataDyne started all these little conspiracies to conquer the Carrington Institute (the place where all the good guys work) and got a race called “Skeedar” in on it. The took control of robots and tried to enslave an innocent alien race. This is where you, Joanna Dark, who is a top agent at CIS has to investigate. Then the plot thickens from there.

Sounds freaky, huh? Well, some of the plot wasn’t fully known. For example, we don’t exactly know what pissed DD off, so the prequel will become helpful in explaining.

What can we expect from this game? Help in putting the whole plot together, more infinite replay value for the game and multiplayer, Internet, realistic³ graphics, ear-friendly sound, and more.
