Top Selling US games of September
The GameCube has nabbed 3 of the top 10 spots, with three of it’s top games. Super Mario Sunshine nabs the number 3 spot, with Fox trailing a little bit behind in 6th place, and surprising the great game Animal Crossing nabs number 8. Why a surprise you say? Well, AC is a very off-beat title, with not much eye candy. But it is still one heck of a great game. Maybe Nintendo will release more offbeat (or the industry, in general)titles for us. Hopefully, well oddly enough- there are no GBA titles in this month. There is 1 GBC game and a ps1 game. Both of these titles based on the anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! The rest is owned by the ps2, with a unsurprising 5 titles. Wheres the big black and green box? It seems to have dissapeared off the top 10 radar. Have you noticed that GTA 3 is slipping, it is at number 9 now? Despite being in the top 3 from it’s release to about this summer, it’s falling. Hey, there are only so many millions upon millions upon millions of ps2 owners. It probably also has to do with Vice City coming very soon, I believe the 29th of this month.
