Mario Kart Double Dash!! pre-order bonus disk info
As an incentive to pre-order Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Nintendo is offering a limited pre-sell deal to consumers. At select retail locations, consumers who pre-order Mario Kart: Double Dash!! will recieve a free Nintendo GameCube bonus disk at the time of purchase.
Nintendo has now confirmed that the bonus disk will include playable demos of F-Zero GX, Mario Party 5, Sonic Heroes by Sega, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike by LucasArts, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from Konami. Movies of 1080°: Avalanche, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Harry Potter: Quiddtich World Cup from Electronic Arts, Kirby Air Ride, NBA Live 2004 by Electronic Arts, Pokémon Colosseum, and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Search for Bikini Bottom from THQ are also included on the bonus disk. In addition, exclusive content for the Game Boy Advance game Fire Emblem will be featured on the bonus disk.
Many retailers are currently already taking pre-orders for Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, which is to be released November 17, 2003, at an MSRP of $49.99. More details will be posted as they are released.
