Capcom Announces FIVE Exclusive GameCube Games
Capcom’s Japanese website has been updated with an entirely new section devoted to Production Studio 4, the gaming giant’s developer program.
One of the new games under development listed is Biohazard 4 (Resident Evil 4 to most of you), which takes place after Biohazard 3: Nemesis. The game stars Leon, and currently is listed for a release of “200X,” so it is currently unknown when it will become available. Well, sometime within the next 7 years anyway.
The next is a title which follows the exploits of a robot hunter and has a lot of explosions and mayhem. It is called Product Number 03.
Number 3 on the list is Viewtiful Joe (No spelling mistake) and it is a side scrolling superhero game. The directors claim it is all about action and the fluidity of movement.
Dead Phoenix is a fantasy-themed game set in a sky city. The main character is Phoneix, a winged character. We’ll be seeing this title in Japan around the summer of 2003.
Lastly, Killer7 is a hitman epic, with the main character being a wheelchair-bound old man (!?!) with seven different personalities. This one wont be coming out until winter 2003 in Japan.
