The Australian Release
The GameBoy Advanced and GameCube both play a internal part of the gaming world with both being able to ‘connect’ to each other it is amazing how technology and gaming is shaping to become more advanced, more easier to play and/or use and has more options and now has more things to do. The GameCube does have the ability to hook up to the GameBoy Advanced which is an exciting new feature for the gaming world. Now if we look and actually see where gaming has come we notice that it has advanced and everything has just got smaller the better, more space the better, new technology the better. Now this article isn’t about the past it’s about the future and about Friday morning when you hear the crowd yell and scream, when you hear someone win a GameCube from the Myer Grace Borthers Compertition and when you hear the GameCube start up for the first time!
Now you’ve already read my Launch Guide but this is not a guide it’s a article that has been made over the few weeks left till the GameCube comes and hits the shelves of millions of gamers. Of course there won’t be enough GameCube’s to go around but if you wait the lower the price the better the console, the more they give you, and you could be real lucky as they may do a Twin Controller Pack like what they did with the Nintendo 64 or throw in a game with your new console. We all know ever single Nintendo gamer in Australia has already got a pre-order or is currently camping out in front of one of the many stores which you can find a list of where is on the Nintendo Dot Com Dot Au Website but apart from the point, don’t race ahead take the track that will lead you to what you need not the track that everyone else is going by.
If you are going to get a GameCube are you just going to have it for decoration or are you going to pay another $99- for just one game at the same store you got your GameCube? What the best thing to do is to wait and bargain hunt even if it is on the nett you should be able to find what you want where you want it.
Memory Cards and Controls are also a issue as I don’t think it’s good just to get one control and a GameCube console. If you have friends or mates we suggest that you buy at least one more because if you haven’t seen enough GameCube pictures there are 4 controller ports! Also Memory Cards, now your not going to just buy four because there are four controls are you? Because if you have enough sense you would find that there are 2 memory card ports to plug in the little rectangular chips. And your not going to just get one for 4 controls because I don’t thnk you can split them into two so plan out what you are going to buy and what your going to leave to your magical friends to buy.
Now your probably thinking. ‘What’s this guy going on about the GameCube and everything I have enough common sense you know,’ that’s what they all say as common sense is uncommon but that’s not my point my point is just look for bargains get the stuff you need for the best price and make sure if you need something get it and if you don’t need it just don’t be a fool!
Oh and one more thing mae sure you get the console with the control and the box not just an empty box as it’s happened to me once!
