Metroid Prime: Game or Drug?

Every month I’ll tell you about a new great game that comes out and my experiences with it. This month I’ll be doing Metroid Prime, easily one of the best games of all time. Read on…
I got this game about a week and a half ago, give or take a day. At the present time I have logged 15-16 hours, and have completed 56%, and have unlocked the first image gallery. Now, Metroid Prime is much more than just a game. It drags through the caverns of social life, into the dark halls of the anti-social. It then sucks away your dear life, slowly, very slowly, taking over your mind, body, and soul. You constantly need to “feed” on it. But a few cautions before you apply; you will lose weight, sleep, and if you’re an adult - your job possibly (maybe that’s a stretch). It won’t let you go until you’ve done every last thing, and then there’s the harder difficulties.
Awesome features that will make you never stop…
Metroid Fusion suit- unlock- beat Metroid Fusion and link them up
Unlock Metroid (NES) - After beating MP, hook it up with Metroid Fusion to unlock the original classic
Missile Inventory Upgrades- adds 5 to your missile roster/inventory
Beam upgrades- Makes weapons more powerful.
Bosses- When you first fight Queen Parasite, and later the Omega Elite Pirate, and so on you know your in heaven. These are some of the coolest and hardest boss fights in a any game. Memorize the bosses’ patterns, and scan them for weaknesses.
Image Galleries- Unlock through scanning different locations, creatures, pirate data, and more (try everything you can scan, especially the darker colored orange and red)
Harder Difficulties- More challenge, more fun
Sequel to Super Metroid (SNES) - Considered by some as the greatest game of all time (ranked number 1# in EGMs top 100 ahead of Tetris)
8 years- It’s been 8 long years since you last played a Metroid game!
Graphics- Metroid Prime hosts the best graphics in any videogame ever. Period. You can see the hottie’s face in big explosions, which shows the effort put forth.
Sound- The best music and sound in any game. Ever. No questions asked.
Gameplay- Brilliant puzzles, excellent controls (except for the lack of a C stick), immersive action, challenging enemies, and beautiful levels.
